What if you want to return an order?

You have the right to cancel your order and return your product within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. These are our terms:

• Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original condition and undamaged packaging, along with all supplied accessories. • We will then refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days of registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good condition.

Excluded from the right of return are:

• Hygienic products. For these products, we guarantee that the buyer receives an unused product. No right of return is possible for these. The following product group(s) fall under this category: Pillows
• Custom-made products. These are products that have been specially ordered to your specifications and are not considered stock items. The following product groups fall under this category: mattresses, bed bases, bed frames, and box springs.
